With a natural enzymatic passage, we were able to separate the soluble fraction of the fiber from the insoluble one, by splitting the bonds that hold them together. Soluble fibres are released, in particular arabinoxylans.
In the same passage, insoluble fibres such as lignin and cellulose are almost completely lost.
The great attitude of arabinoxylans is to bind permanently to the sugars present free and release them very slowly throughout the intestinal tract.
All our products are made with flour that has such treatment, this makes them suitable for those who suffer from blood sugar problems, so that they too can eat them.
